This yummy fruit is common in China. It has a sweet and sour taste and bears many traits of a raspberry. The taste is a cross between pomegranate and raspberry and has a texture of an orange. It is low in calories and high in nutrients. Yumberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C and good source Vit A and E.

I picked up a sample of the Yummy Yum Berry bar at a gas station in Central, La. They shared the story of how the bars came to be. I decided to buy all of them, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve tried so many “healthy” bars, but none compare to this. It isn’t overly sweet, it has a crunchy texture and isn’t mushy, and the flavors of each ingredient are so profound.
